all returns must go through our Returns Portal

Store credit or exchange only within 14 days
Must have tags attached.
return shipping charges are customer's responsibility.


detailed version:

Merchandise may ONLY be returned for a STORE CREDIT or exchange within 14 days of the date you received order.
Returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn.
Tags must be attached.
All SALE items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

1. Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

2. head to our Returns Portal to enter your order info + wait for return approval from us.

3. Once approved, you will be prompted to choose how to return ship. Our portal gives you a few options: ship on your own or we can provide a label for you and the cost will come out of your store credit.

4. Once your package is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.  Whether exchanging or getting store credit, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when complete.
